Ginger Green Smoothie


1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup water
1 T fresh ginger
juice from half of a lime
1 handful of kale
1 large handful of spinach
1 banana
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup frozen mango

optional: add chia, flax, or hemp seeds for extra fiber

Makes 1 large smoothie
