The platform offers a user-friendly interface, showcasing a wide range of rental properties and providing easy access to essential property management services.

  1. Property Listings: A visually appealing and well-organized display of available rental properties, complete with detailed descriptions, photos, and key features to help potential tenants make informed decisions.

  2. Services Page: A comprehensive page showcasing various property management services offered to property owners, such as property maintenance, tenant screening, and financial reporting, providing a one-stop solution for all their property management needs.

  3. Online Rental Applications: A seamless and secure online application process for tenants, simplifying the submission and review of rental applications for both tenants and property owners.

  4. Rent Payment Processing: A secure and convenient online rent payment system that makes it easy for tenants to pay their rent on time and for property owners to manage and track payments.

  5. Owner Portal: A dedicated portal for property owners to access property information, monitor tenant activity, track rent payments, and manage maintenance requests.

As the creator of Cville Props, I was responsible for every aspect of the platform's development, from initial concept and design to final implementation and launch. This end-to-end project showcased my skills in web development, user experience design, and property management solutions.
